The Shops at Clinton Keith is a 24,625 SF retail center located off the I-15 and Clinton Keith Road in Wildomar, California.  The scope included the construction of three buildings as well as new traffic lanes, a four-way signal, sidewalks and lush landscaping to the surrounding public streets.  AGI also coordinated and installed the new utilities and infrastructure necessary to serve the restaurants, gas station, car wash and oil changing facility.  Major tenants included Starbucks, D’Canters Wine Bistro, 7-Eleven, Santa Rosa Day Spa and Grease Monkey Lube & Shine.
