Cucina, Cucina was a new 8,700 square-foot restaurant built inside an existing hotel. To create an open-ceiling, airy atmosphere, AGI upgraded the structure significantly without disrupting the existing banquet and guest rooms above. The restaurant features decorative lighting, stone columns, custom woodwork, graphic and faux painted walls, and stained concrete floors.
