This expansive retail project added more than three acres of new development to an existing shopping center, including two new shell retail buildings totaling 14,100 square-feet and over 330 new parking stalls. To ensure that existing businesses could remain open and profitable during this expansion, AGI incorporated well-thought-out plans for traffic control and phasing.
