AGI remodeled the existing 28,000 SF shell into Orange County’s first Sprouts Farmers Market.  The atmosphere is this new store is bright and fun with open vaulted ceilings and highly polished floors.  The store boasts an abundance of self-performance custom wood-working and colorful awnings which gives the store a barn-like open-market appearance.  The project including an exterior renovation was completed in only 90 days.
