AGI completed this new 48,000 square-foot Pavilions store in Seal Beach California in the spring of 2008. The building structure is a combination of CMU and structural steel.  The store design is an earth-toned décor with subdued lighting, custom flooring, unique display fixtures and other special features to impact a warm ambience to the customer.  AGI completed this ground-up project in record time.
